Ingredients:
1/2 cup cooked quinoa
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 ripe banana, sliced
1/2 cup mixed berries
1 tbsp chopped nuts (such as almonds, pecans, or walnuts)
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine the cooked quinoa and almond milk. Microwave for 1-2 minutes or until warm.
Top the quinoa with sliced banana, mixed berries, and chopped nuts.
Drizzle with honey or maple syrup, if desired.

Add the cooked quinoa and unsweetened almond milk to the bowl with dash of cinnamon, cardamom and nutmeg. Heat up for 1-2 minutes or until warm. Top with chopped walnuts and dates.
