Hi friends! Here's a super easy Bulk Mug Bread recipe I created a few years ago because my husband would ask me almost everyday to make him a mug bread to go with his meal. I got tired of him asking me so I decided to make a bulk amount so he could make it himself, LOL.
Ingredients
3 cups of Almond Flour
8 teaspoons Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
Mix Instructions
In a large bowl mix all ingredients together until well combined, making sure there are no clumps of baking powder in the mix. Pour into a air tight container until use.
Mug Bread Instructions
Add 1 tablespoon of butter (or coconut oil) to a large mug and melt in the microwave for about 20 seconds, remove from microwave.
Add to the mug 3-1/2 tablespoons of the Mug Bread Mix and stir, then add 1 large Egg and mix until well combined.
Place mug in the microwave and bake for 70 seconds. Remove the mug from microwave and turn the bread out onto a plate. Enjoy.
Note: You can add other ingredients like leftover meats, cheese or herbs into the batter before baking your bread.
Some Bread Flavor Combo:
Ham & Cheese Mug, Bacon & Cheese, Avocado & Bacon, etc.
You can also add taco seasoning, cheese & ground beef, shrimp, chicken get creating!
Vegan: You can use vegan butter and eggs with this recipe if you are plant based.
