Our Sweet Chili Garlic Sauce is one of my absolute favorites! Garlicy sweetness with a hint of heat. A lip smackin' delightful sauce that will make you and your wings happy!
Sweet Chili Garlic Sauce
Ingredients
6 tablespoons Chili Garlic Sauce (I used Huy Fong brand but any brand will work)
1 tablespoon Sesame Seed Oil
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Ginger minced
1/4 cup Sugar Free Maple Syrup
30-40 drops Liquid Monk or Stevia Sweetener (optional, but recommended)
1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a small pot and stir until will combined.
On stove top burner heat sauce for about 15-20 minutes on medium heat. Remove from heat and pour over hot cooked chicken wings and fully coat. Enjoy.
Store unused sauce in a airtight container in the fridge.

Air Fryer Chicken Wings
Ingredients
10 pieces Raw Chicken Wings pat with paper towel to dry
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Coconut Oil (melted)
1 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
Instructions
In a large bowl season the chicken wings with the salt and pepper. Pour the olive oil (or coconut oil) into the bowl and coat the chicken completely.
Place the chicken into the Air Fryer and bake on the chicken setting for 25-30 minutes turning the chicken over about every 15 minutes.
Once the chicken is fully cooked and crispy place in another large bowl and pour the Sweet Chili Garlic Sauce over the hot wings and toss to completely coated. Enjoy.

Notes: These wings can also be fried or baked using the same process if you don’t have an Air Fryer. You can omit or add as much or least of the Liquid Sweeteners that you like.
