This Vegan Caesar Dressing offers a rich, creamy texture and bold, savory flavor without the traditional anchovies. Made with cashews or tofu, it’s packed with plant-based protein, healthy fats, and a dose of calcium. Nutritional yeast adds a cheesy flavor while providing B vitamins, including B12 in some brands. This dressing is perfect for romaine salads, adding to veggie wraps, or even as a dip for veggies. Its familiar Caesar taste makes it an excellent vegan alternative for classic Caesar salads.
