White Bean & Avocado Protein Toast

Ingredients

1 slice Whole Grain or Sourdough Bread, toasted

1/4 Avocado

1/4 cup Canned White Beans (like navy or cannellini), drained and rinsed

1/2 tsp Lemon Juice

Pinch of Garlic Powder

Salt and Pepper, to taste


This toast is one of my secret breakfast weapons! The white beans add a sneaky protein boost and creamy texture, while the avocado and lemon give it that fresh, bright flavor. It’s hearty, satisfying, and tastes like it came from a little café.

Instructions

In a small bowl, mash together the white beans and avocado until mostly smooth.

Stir in lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Spread the mixture onto toasted bread.

Optional: Top with chili flakes or microgreens for extra flavor and flair.



Almond Butter Banana Chia Toast

Ingredients

1 slice Whole Grain or Sourdough Bread, toasted

1-2 Tablespoon Almond Butter

1/2 Banana, sliced

1 tsp Agave Nectar

1/2 tsp Chia Seeds



This one’s perfect when you’re craving something sweet but still want to keep it nourishing. The almond butter gives you healthy fats and protein, while the banana and chia bring natural energy and fiber. It’s a classic combo that never gets old!



Instructions

Spread almond butter over the toasted bread.

Arrange banana slices on top.

Drizzle with agave nectar.

Sprinkle chia seeds over the top before serving.


Hummus & Cucumber Toast (Cool + Crunchy)

Ingredients

1 slice Bread, toasted

2 Tablespoons Hummus

1/4 Cucumber, thinly sliced

Cracked Black Pepper

Sprinkle of Za'atar or Everything Bagel Seasoning (optional)



Cool, creamy, crunchy — this toast is refreshing and light but keeps you full thanks to the fiber-rich hummus. Add a sprinkle of za’atar or everything bagel seasoning to take it up a notch!



Instructions

Spread hummus over toast.

Arrange cucumber slices evenly.

Sprinkle with pepper and seasoning.







Cashew Yogurt & Berry Toast (Sweet + Fresh)

Ingredients

1 slice Bread, toasted

2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Vegan Yogurt (cashew or coconut)

1/4 cup Fresh Berries (strawberries, blueberries, etc.)

1 tsp Maple Syrup

1 Tablespoon Hemp Seeds or Crushed Walnuts



This is like a yogurt parfait on toast — creamy, tangy, sweet, and satisfying. It’s one of my favorite ways to use up summer berries and add gut-friendly probiotics first thing in the morning.



Instructions

Spread yogurt over toast.

Top with fresh berries and a drizzle of maple syrup.

Sprinkle with hemp seeds or walnuts.



Avocado & Tomato Balsamic Toast (Savory Classic)

Ingredients

1 slice Bread, toasted

1/4 Avocado

2–3 Cherry Tomatoes, halved

1/2 tsp Balsamic Glaze

Pinch of Sea Salt



This is a classic for a reason. Avocado and tomato are a match made in toast heaven. That balsamic drizzle brings just the right hint of sweetness and tang to round it all out.



Instructions

Mash avocado on toast.

Top with halved cherry tomatoes.

Drizzle with balsamic glaze and a sprinkle of salt.

1/3 cup Mashed Cooked Sweet Potato

1 tsp Tahini

Instructions
