This single-serve vegan cinnamon roll mug cake is soft, fluffy, and swirled with cinnamon sugar goodness. It’s the perfect quick dessert for cozy nights, breakfast treats, or when you want something sweet without baking an entire batch.
Ingredients
4 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
2 Tablespoons Organic Cane Sugar
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
3 Tablespoons Oat Milk (or any plant milk)
1 Tablespoon Neutral Oil or Melted Vegan Butter
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Cinnamon Swirl
1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp Melted Vegan Butter
Optional Glaze
2 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Oat Milk (or any Plant Based Milk)
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Stir in oat milk, oil, and vanilla until just combined.
In a separate small bowl, mix the cinnamon swirl ingredients.
Spoon half the batter into a small mug, add half the cinnamon swirl, then the rest of the batter, and top with remaining swirl.
Use a toothpick or knife to gently swirl it through the batter for a cinnamon-roll effect.
Microwave for 60–70 seconds, until fluffy but soft.
If using glaze, mix powdered sugar and oat milk, then drizzle on top.
