Healthy Vegan Ranch Dip with Fresh Herbs

This healthy vegan ranch dip is creamy and tangy with fresh herbs and lemon, making it the perfect guilt-free sauce for veggies, wedges, or salads.






Ingredients

1/2 cup Vegan Sour Cream (or unsweetened vegan yogurt for lighter option)

1 tsp Onion Powder

1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

1–2 teaspoons Fresh Lemon Juice (to taste)

2 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Fresh Herbs (dill, parsley, or chives work great)

Salt, to taste

Black Pepper, to taste






Ranch dressing is one of the most popular dips out there, and this vegan version captures everything you love about the original without any dairy. Made with a base of vegan sour cream or yogurt, fresh herbs, garlic, and a squeeze of lemon, it’s light yet creamy and loaded with flavor.


It’s perfect for dipping fresh veggies, spooning over grain bowls, or drizzling onto salads. Because it uses clean, plant-based ingredients, you can enjoy it as often as you like without any guilt.






Instructions

In a bowl, combine sour cream, onion powder, garlic powder, and lemon juice.

Stir in the chopped fresh herbs.


Season with salt and pepper to taste.


Mix until smooth and creamy.

Chill for at least 15 minutes before serving to let the flavors develop.



Tip: For a thinner, drizzle-style ranch, whisk in 1–2 tablespoons of unsweetened plant milk.
