Ingredients

3 ripe Bananas, sliced and frozen

1 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder

1/4 cup Plant-Based milk (more or less optional, to consistency you desire)

3-4 Tablespoons Natural Peanut Butter




This one tastes like a frozen Reese’s cup—but vegan and way better for you. I swirl creamy peanut butter and dark chocolate pieces into a banana base that blends up like soft serve. It’s indulgent but made with whole ingredients you can feel good about. I’ve made this one for guests who swear it tastes like real ice cream.




Instructions

Blend the frozen banana slices until smooth.


Add the cocoa powder and blend until fully incorporated.


Add plant-based milk if needed for a smoother consistency. Swirl in the peanut butter.


Serve immediately or freeze for later.
