Gluten Free Flour
Ingredients
1-1/2 cup Oat Flour (you can grind your own gluten free oats into flour)
3/4 cup Almond Flour
1/4 cup Tapioca Flour Starch
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients together. Store in an airtight container.
If you are grinding your own oat flour sift out all the large pieces to get the accurate amount needed.
Use this flour in your favorite gluten free breads, cookies, pancakes and muffins recipes.
