Ingredients

3 large ripe Bananas, sliced and frozen

2 cups Frozen Strawberries

1/4 cup Plant-Based Milk (optional for more milky creamier texture)

This one tastes like strawberry shortcake in a bowl, without the sugar crash. I use frozen bananas and ripe strawberries to whip up a scoopable, soft-serve style treat that’s totally plant-based. Sometimes I swirl in coconut yogurt or top it with crushed graham crackers—either way, it’s always a favorite in our kitchen.

Instructions

Blend the frozen banana slices until smooth.

Add the frozen strawberries and blend until fully incorporated. If using, blend in the plant based milk a tablespoon at a time until you get the consistency you desire.
