Ingredients

1/4 cup Tahini

2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice

1 Clove Garlic, minced

1-2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup (to taste)

1/4 cup Water (adjust for desired thickness)

Salt and Pepper, to taste


Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and maple syrup.

Add water gradually, whisking until smooth. Adjust for consistency.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
