Ingredients
1 cup Raw Walnuts
3 cups Water
1-2 tablespoons Maple syrup or Agave Nectar (optional, for sweetness)
Instructions
Soak the walnuts in water overnight or for at least 4 hours.
Drain and rinse the soaked walnuts.
In a blender, combine the soaked walnuts and 3 cups of water.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
If desired, add maple syrup or agave nectar for sweetness and blend again.
