Cashew Milk
Ingredients
1 cup Raw cashews
3 cups Water
1-2 tablespoons Maple syrup or Honey (optional, for sweetness)
Instructions
Soak the cashews in water overnight or for at least 4 hours.
Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
In a blender, combine the soaked cashews and 3 cups of water.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
If desired, add maple syrup or honey for sweetness and blend again.
Strain the mixture through a nut milk bag or fine mesh sieve to remove any pulp.
Transfer the cashew milk to a sealed container and refrigerate.
Shake well before using.
Almond Milk
Ingredients
1 cup Raw Almonds
3 cups Water
1-2 Dates, pitted (optional, for sweetness)
Instructions
Soak the almonds in water overnight or for at least 8 hours.
Drain and rinse the soaked almonds.
In a blender, combine the soaked almonds, 3 cups of water, and pitted dates if using.
Blend on high speed until smooth.
Strain the mixture through a nut milk bag or fine mesh sieve to remove any remaining pulp.
Transfer the almond milk to a sealed container and refrigerate.
Shake well before using.

Ingredients
1 cup Rolled Oats
3 cups Water
1-2 tablespoons Maple Syrup or Honey (optional, for sweetness)
Instructions
Add rolled oats and water to a blender.
Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds to 1 minute until smooth.
If desired, add maple syrup or honey for sweetness and blend again.
Strain the mixture through a nut milk bag or fine mesh sieve to remove any remaining oat pulp.Transfer the oat milk to a sealed container and refrigerate.
