Ingredients

1 cup Raw Cashews (soaked over night or at least 4 hours, drained)

1/4 cup Water

1-1/2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

1 tsp Lemon Juice



Instructions

Pour all ingredients into a high speed blender and process until smooth.


Note: adjust the thickness and tartness of the sour cream by adding a bit more lemon juice or water to the sour cream.
