This easy vegan garlic aioli is creamy, garlicky, and tangy, making the perfect dipping sauce for potato wedges, veggies, or spreading on sandwiches.
Ingredients
1/2 cup Vegan Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon Ketchup
1-2 Clove Garlic, finely crushed or minced
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Black Pepper
Aioli is one of those condiments that instantly makes a meal feel special. This vegan version comes together in minutes using just mayo, garlic, a touch of lemon, and a little seasoning.
It’s creamy and flavorful without being overpowering, and it pairs beautifully with crispy baked potato wedges, roasted veggies, or even as a spread for burgers and wraps. The best part is that it feels gourmet while being one of the easiest dips you’ll ever make.
Instructions
In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise and ketchup until smooth.
Add the crushed garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Chill for 10–15 minutes to let the flavors meld, or serve immediately as a dip for fries, wedges, or roasted veggies.
Tip: A pinch of smoked paprika or cayenne can give this dip a bold, smoky kick.
