Easy Vegan Garlic Aioli (5-Minute Recipe)

This easy vegan garlic aioli is creamy, garlicky, and tangy, making the perfect dipping sauce for potato wedges, veggies, or spreading on sandwiches.








Ingredients

1/2 cup Vegan Mayonnaise

1 Tablespoon Ketchup

1-2 Clove Garlic, finely crushed or minced

Pinch of Salt

Pinch of Black Pepper





Aioli is one of those condiments that instantly makes a meal feel special. This vegan version comes together in minutes using just mayo, garlic, a touch of lemon, and a little seasoning.

Instructions

In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise and ketchup until smooth.
