Grilled Salmon w/Avocado Salsa

Grilled Salmon is one of the dishes I ordered every time I went out for dinner date with my husband. It's one of my favorite seafoods, plus it's really healthy for you. This dish is super easy to make but packed with flavor!


Ingredients:

4 salmon fillets

2 avocados, diced

1 tomato, diced

1/4 red onion, diced

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

1 lime, juiced

Salt and pepper to taste


Directions:

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.


Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper to taste.

Grill salmon for 5-6 minutes on each side or until cooked through.


In a small bowl, mix together diced avocado, tomato, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt.

Serve salmon topped with avocado salsa.
