Matcha Nice Cream (Vegan, Creamy & Energizing)

Elevate your dessert game with our Matcha Nice Cream, a unique and vibrant treat that combines the earthy flavor of matcha green tea with a smooth, creamy texture. Rich in antioxidants and providing a gentle energy boost, this plant-based dessert is both delicious and invigorating. Perfect for matcha lovers, it's a healthy and refreshing way to satisfy your sweet tooth.



Ingredients

3 large ripe Bananas, sliced and frozen

1 tsp Matcha Powder

1/4 cup Plant-Based Milk (more or less for a milkier texture)

1-2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup (option for sweetness)



Matcha lovers, this one’s for you! I blend frozen bananas with ceremonial grade matcha for a creamy, clean treat that gives you a gentle energy boost. It’s like having your matcha latte in ice cream form. I love to top mine with crushed pistachios or coconut flakes for that perfect balance of flavor and texture.






Instructions

Blend the frozen banana slices until smooth.

Add the matcha powder and blend until fully incorporated.

Add plant-based milk if needed for a smoother consistency.

Serve immediately or freeze for a firmer texture.


Note: my plant based milk of choice was coconut milk, but you can use your favorite.
