1-1/2 cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats
1/2 cup+2 TB All Natural Smooth Peanut Butter (unsweetened)
1/2 cup granulated White Sugar
1/4 cup Coconut Oil, softened
2 Tablespoons Applesauce
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
Pinch of Salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F degrees (180 C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside.
In a large bowl stir together the oats, sugar, baking soda and salt. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
With the dough place two tablespoon mounds on the prepared baking sheet each 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
