Yummy easy to make peanut butter cookies that kids really love! A great way to give your family a healthy treat that's sugar free and gluten free.
Ingredients
1 cup Almond Flour
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
pinch Salt
1/2 cup Peanut Butter I used All Natural
1/2 cup Butter softened
1/2 cup Sukrin Gold Sweetener (a brown sugar substitute)
1 large Egg
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl cream together butter, peanut butter, and sweetener, then beat in egg. Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and stir until well combined.
With a cookie scoop, scoop ten mounds of dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Press the dough in a cross pattern pushing the cookie down slightly.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cookies are lightly golden. Remove cookies and allow to cool and set. Repeat with the remaining dough. Enjoy!
