Oh yeah!!! One of my most favorite meals are Asian style! Because they are always full of flavor because of all the ingredients that balance each other out creating a symphony of flavor that dances in my mouth and belly! Yeah I know that was much, but I'm just saying I love me so Asia cuisine! LOL
Ingredients:
1/2 block of firm tofu, cubed
1 cup mixed vegetables (such as broccoli, bell pepper, and onion)
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1/2 tsp grated ginger
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a pan or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
Add the cubed tofu and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned.
Add the mixed vegetables, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Add the soy sauce and rice vinegar, and stir-fry for another minute.
Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
